Sweet Italian Sausage, Kale & Onion Skillet
Looking for a quick and easy weekday meal with simple ingredients and only one pot? Look no further!
Sweet Italian Sausage cooks in a cast iron skillet, or your pan of choice measuring at least 12”, together with chopped onions. Juices from the sausage flavor the onions as they cook. Sausage is cut into ½” slices as it nears fully cooked, then kale and parsley are added and cooked to round out this one pot meal. Takes about 15-20 minutes.
