Beets
A super-sweet root veggie that can be eaten raw in salads or roasted in the oven.
Will it last?
Beets stored in the fridge without their greens will last for weeks and weeks and even longer.
No time to cook. How do I use this?
1. Shave on a cheese grater to top a salad.
2. Oven to 450. Chop beets into chunks. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Put on baking sheet. Roast until soft, turning as needed.
